The refund policy for this website is as follows. Please review the refund policy prior to making reservations.
- All Clients have a direct Contract with the Advertiser of the Property upon making a reservation. Refunds may be issued, however the Client agrees to abide by the terms set hereof by the advertiser and this website.
- In the event the Client wishes to cancel a reservation and apply for a refund the Client will do so using our online cancellation system as soon as possible. Late cancellations may affect the amount of refund given.
- When a Client cancels a contract, all charges associated with the refund are charged to the client. Booking Deposit is ABSOLUTELY NOT REFUNDABLE. Other Charges if paid may be subject to refund depending on this website and/or advertiser’s terms and conditions.
- Dubai Apartments and/or the Advertiser may choose to submit refunds via Check, Credit Card, Debit Card, TT, or Manager’s Check. The Company has the right to determine how the refund will be made and the Client understands the refund may be made in any of the above stated forms.
- At the time when a Contract is cancelled the Refund Policy will take place and the refund process will begin. However, Refunds will take a minimum of 20 working days beginning after the day the contract is cancelled. Be aware further delays may occur due to credit card companies, banks, or other institutions involved and Dubai Apartments and/or our advertisers take no responsibility for these additional delays.
- It is the Client’s responsibility to make himself / herself aware of the terms and conditions relating to the Refund Policy of Dubai Apartments.
