Booking and Cancellation/Refund Policy
• If the BOOKING START DATE is MORE THAN 15 days away from your CANCELLATION DATE then, 85% of the NET BOOKING AMOUNT will be refunded.
• If the BOOKING START DATE is LESS THAN 15 days away from your CANCELLATION DATE then, NO AMOUNT IS REFUNDABLE.
• If there is a NO SHOW, NO AMOUNT IS REFUNDABLE (Please note if you do not show up witinin 24 hours of the start time of your booking, it might be considered as a NO SHOW).
• In case you are unable to make it on the dates you have booked and would like to REQUEST OTHER DATES, it is totally up to the discretion of the Advertiser / Owner to accept or not. In case the Advertiser / Owner does accept to transfer your booking to the new dates, please note that there might be a price difference for the new dates which you will need to pay (if more) to make the booking FULLY PAID. In some cases, the price of the new dates would be less, however the advertiser may not refund the difference.
• If you decide to use only PARTIAL DAYS within your booking, there is NO REFUND ON THE UNUSED DAYS
• Please note that all properties are INDIVIDUALLY OWNED and therefore bookings CANNOT be transferred from one propety to another, however special consideration can be given on case to case basis.
