3. The Booking Process

How do I Book a Property?
|
We have a complete online booking system. First you need to Request a Booking through our system that goes directly to the advertiser/owner of that property. The advertiser needs to ACCEPT this booking request in order for you to pay, however the advertiser has full right to DECLINE without giving any reason.

Can i ask for a refund once my booking is paid ?
|
We have a policy of no refunds for any bookings except if your cancellation request is received 90 days or more prior to your arrival date we will refund 50%,if your booking starting date is less than 90 days there will be no refund.

How do I make a Booking Request?
|
You can request a booking by going to any property detail page or (from your search result page) and press the “Request Booking” button and follow instructions.
If this was the first time you were making a request through our system, you would be automatically mailed your username and password that you chose while making your request. You can use this username and password to login to your personal control panel from where you can see the status of your booking and can correspond with the advertiser if required. You will also need your panel to pay for your booking if your booking gets ACCEPTED by the advertiser.

How do I Contact the advertiser of the property before making a booking request?
|
If you feel that you need to clarify something from the advertiser before sending in your booking request, you can contact the advertiser by pressing the “Contact Advertiser” button located on the detail page of every property (and also the search result page). Kindly note all messages sent by you are manually checked by our Message Approval Team. You are not allowed to put any contact information on the message board.

How do I know my request has been ACCEPTED or DECLINED by the Advertiser?
|
Our system is fully automated. If the advertiser accepts or declines your request you will be mailed immediately from our system with instructions on how to pay (in case your request was accepted) and what to do next (in case it was declined). Please check your email regularly after making your booking request.

My booking request has just got ACCEPTED, now what?
|
Once your request gets accepted by the advertiser, the dates of the property will be blocked for you and you will automatically be mailed instructions on how to pay. You can pay online from your control panel through our secured payment gateway connected directly to our bank server. Currently we only accept Visa and MasterCard.
If you wish to pay by other means, such as a Draft/Pay Order, Telegraphic Transfer or Cash, the instructions for all these can be found in your control panel. (These instructions are only visible when your booking status is “Payment Pending”). Please note acceptance from the advertiser does not mean that your reservation is complete. You will need to pay in full

I am unable to pay within the time given to me by the advertiser, what should I do? I really need this property?
|
We recommend you to make a booking, only when you can pay within the time given to you by the advertiser, however if you think you have a genuine reason due to which you will not be able to pay on time given to you by the advertiser, you can send in and EXTENSION REQUEST directly to the advertiser from your control Panel. This Extension request is a request to the advertiser to extend the auto cancellation time. You will need to provide a reason for your Cancellation Request. It is up to the discretion of the advertiser to accept or deny the cancellation request.

The Calendar is showing the property is available, but when I made the booking I got declined by the advertiser?
|
Many of our advertisers have many properties and sometimes they do not update their calendars due to excessive loads. It might also be possible that an advertiser got a booking outside our website but have forgotten to update their calendar. This is the biggest reason why a booking request gets declined. Other reasons might be as follows:
• Your stay date is very small for them to accept Booking • Your stay date is too far from now. • Your information may not be 100% correct • Your information looks suspicious to the advertiser (for example fake Passport No. etc) • The number of people in your booking request is too much for that property for the advertiser to accept.

How do I pay for my reservation?
|
Once your booking gets accepted by the advertiser, you will get an automated mail from our system that will give you instructions on how to pay from your control panel. Please note that payment needs to be made on time given to you by the advertiser. If the payment is not made within that time, our system will automatically cancel your booking requests and release the dates of the property for others to request booking for those days.
If you feel that you genuinely cannot pay during that time, you may request an extension from the advertiser through our system. This can be done by pressing the “Request Extension” button located besides the cancellation timer in your booking status page. To access your booking status page, go to “My Bookings” in your control Panel.
Kindly note, giving extension is at the discretion of the advertiser. They have full right not to give extension without giving any reason.

What forms of payment mode do you accept?
|
We Accept credit cards (Visa and Master Card only), Manager’s Check/ Pay Order, Draft, Cash and/or telegraphic transfer to our account. Regretfully, we do not accept personal or company checks.
|

What happens after I have paid full money?
|
After your have paid us in full, the status of your booking changes to “Fully Paid” that can be seen by logging in your control panel. Once the booking status changes to Fully Paid, you will be able to see your information sheet. This information sheet will give you full information on the advertiser, property address, check-in information etc.

What do I do if I need a Visa for entry to Dubai?
|
Unfortunately we do not provide visa services; we recommend that you buy your flight tickets from Emirates Airline and ask them to issue your visa, either direct or via your travel agent. There will be a charge for this.

What Documents do I need to bring with me?
|
Like visiting any country you should be in possession of a valid passport and if required a valid visa for everyone in your party, however for checking in the property, you will only need to show the advertiser Original Passport of everyone in your party and give them a copy of the passport of the party leader only (Usually the person who has made the booking). To avoid delays in your check in, kindly make the copy/copies beforehand.
